Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie are rumored to be on the verge of adopting their fourth child.

According to Woman's Day, the couple, who already have six children altogether, are in the process of adding a 2-year-old Syrian boy named Moussa to their brood. The 39-year-old Jolie first met the boy at an Altinozu refugee camp while vising Turkey as a visiting United Nations ambassador for displaced people.

"Angelina heard about him from a translator and she was obviously upset, but Moussa was just beaming from ear to ear and when he saw she was wiping tears from her eyes," said a source. "He toddled up to her and gave her a hug and it was a very emotional moment and everyone was suddenly laughing and smiling. She kissed him on the top of his head and then they were basically inseparable for the rest of the visit."

The Academy Award winning actress and the 51-year-old Pitt have a history of adopting children from poor and destitute countries all over the world. They are already the parents of 13-year-old Cambodian-born Maddox, 11-year-old Pax from Vietnam and 9-year-old Ethiopian Zahara.

Pitt and Jolie were married in a secret ceremony last year during which their six children decorated her dress.

Jolie recently wrote an op-ed piece for the New York Times entitled "A New Level of Refugee Suffering" in which she opined, "I have visited Iraq five times since 2007, and I have seen nothing like the suffering I'm witnessing now. ...

"For many years I have visited camps, and every time, I sit in a tent and hear stories. I try my best to give support. To say something that will show solidarity and give some kind of thoughtful guidance. On this trip I was speechless."
