Ninel Conde was the godmother of the 2015 International Guaymas Carnival, but it did not go so well for the actress and singer.

Eggs were thrown at her while she danced atop a float. On "El Gordo y La Flaca," and there were a few explanations about what might have happened. Although Conde's dress was sheer and has a plunging back, people were reportedly upset that she was wearing too much clothing. Conde was certainly not too covered up, but she was not showing as much skin as she would on stage.

Lili Estefan tried to explain that eggs filled with glitter are traditional at festival, but Raul de Molina said he didn't think they had glitter inside. In fact, it looked more like Conde had foam on her face.

Conde was reportedly upset, according to Estefan. But even at the end of the night, Conde is seen smiling, dancing and waving on top of the float.

De Molina said that the festival was more packed than usual because of Conde's presence.

Other publications say that the audiences were upset with Conde for checking her phone on more than one occasion, according to El DiaAs proven on her social media pages, she was certainly using her phone, but it may have been to capture the moment. On Instagram, she shared images and videos from the carnival.

In one, she shows the audience while the music blares.

Another video shows her dancing to the music.

A video she uploaded to Instagram shows that people were cheering for her, and if Conde was upset, she tried not to show it on her social media page.
