Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger sat so close to each other and appeared so inseparable during the Tom Ford fashion show in Los Angeles Friday night it was almost as if they were "one person."

HollywoodLife.com reports the 22-year-old Cyrus and the 21-year-old Schwarzenegger had the look of love in their eyes and often times were clearly showing more attention to one another than they were any of the runway models sporting Ford's latest fashions.

Sitting in the front row, Cyrus routinely leaned into her boyfriend and Schwarzenegger perpetually kept his arm draped around her waist, the website added. The two often locked hands, resting them in his lap and making it appear as if "not a single part of their bodies weren't mashed together."

Later in the evening, Cyrus posted a photo of the couple on Instagram, where Schwarzenegger appears on his knees gazing up upward at his new found love. The couple has now been publicly dating since late 2014. Us Weekly magazine has also previously reported the two had a brief fling in 2011 while Cyrus was on a break from then boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

All the warm vibes and lovey-dovey feelings of Friday night were a far cry from the raw emotions Cyrus had on full display earlier this month when she appeared at the "SNL" 40th Anniversary after party in New York City.

Reportedly peeved because the opportunity she wanted to perform with Paul McCartney instead went to Taylor Swift, Cyrus supposedly spent the rest of the night openly bashing her.

"Her guitar wasn't even plugged in," Cyrus was overheard complaining during Swift's performance at one point. "Those aren't even real chords. She's not even playing."

During the live "SNL" anniversary show, Cyrus performed a rendition to Paul Simon's "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover" to rave reviews.
