Jennifer Lopez has placed her Hidden Hills California mansion on the open market with an asking price of $17 million.

Variety Magazine reports the sprawling, 17,129 square feet home has nine bedrooms and 13 baths. She and then- husband Marc Anthony bought the property in 2010 at a cost of $8.2 million. In recent times, Lopez has been perpetually active in the real estate market. Just four months ago, she purchased a 6,000-plus square foot, four-bedroom penthouse in her native hometown of New York for a cool $20 million, and not long before then dropped a boatload of cash for a Hamptons' property near Water Mill.

Recent speculation has it that Lopez may now be considering relocating to Las Vegas and is currently seeking property in that area.

According to AOL.com, the Los Angeles property, which Lopez has dubbed Casa De Lopez, also includes such amenities as a:

  • Master suite that encompasses the entire south wing of an upper floor.
  • Beauty suite with massage area and cosmetology salon.
  • Entertainment pavilion with 1,000 square-foot saloon lounge.
  • Dance studio/gym.
  • Recording studio with sound-proofed sound booth.

The L.A. residence also features four terraces covering more than 3,000 square feet and counts Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Jessica Simpson and Colbie Caillat among other neighborhood residents.

Forty-five-year-old Lopez and Anthony were married for seven years before calling it quits in quits in 2011; they have twin 7-year-old children together. Over the years, "The Boy Next Door" star and "American Idol" judge has also been romantically linked to Sean "Diddy" Combs, Ben Affleck, Chris Judd and, more recently, Casper Smart.

Back in 2001 with the almost simultaneous release of her film "The Wedding Planner" and her second album entitled "JLo," the Bronx-born Lopez became the first performer in history to have a No. 1 album and movie in the same week.
