The cast of the Fifty Shades of Grey movie continues to grow. The latest character to be cast is another one of Anastasia Steele's stepfathers.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Callum Keith Rennie has joined the sexy film as Ray Steele, the ex-stepfather of Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson). Ray is the ex-husband of Carla Adams, Anastasia's mother, who is played by Jennifer Ehle. Dylan Neal will play Anastasia's current stepfather, Carla's current husband named Bob Adams. Still, Ray is the one whom Anastasia identifies as her true father. In E.L. James's novel, Ray also has the privilege of meeting her love interest, Christian Grey, played by Jamie Dornan, at Anastasia's graduation.

Rennie is best known for playing Dodd in 2000's Memento. He also played Leoben Conoy in Battlestar Galactica and rockstar Lew Ashby in the Showtime series Californication. Most recently, the 53-year-old actor appeared in The Young and Prodigious T.S. Spivet.

A couple more of the film's roles remain open, such as Elena Lincoln, also known as Mrs. Robinson. Elena is an old friend and business partner of Christian, and the origin of Christian's S&M obsession. She taught Christian about chains and whips when he was just 15 years old.

Whoever is cast as Elena will join a Fifty Shades of Grey cast that is looking more solid since the departure of Charlie Hunnam as Christian on Oct. 12. Marcia Gay Harden has been cast as Dr. Grace Trevelyan Grey, the adopted mother of Christian, and his siblings, Elliot and Mia Grey, are to be played by Luke Grimes and British singer-songwriter Rita Ora respectively. Max Martini joined the cast as Jason Taylor, Christian's bodyguard. Eloise Mumford will play Kate Kavanagh, Anastasia's roommate. Meanwhile, Victor Rasuk has been cast as José, a photographer who dreams of making romantic Kodak moments with Anastasia.

Sam Taylor-Johnson is the director of the Focus Features and Universal Pictures movie. Michael De Luca, Dana Brunetti and James are producers.
