"Elder Scrolls 6" might have a release date of March 2016, according to a leak from the game developer Bethesda's offices, Master Herald reports.

The game was supposed to be announced at the PlayStation Experience Event. Though the news is now out there, the game is still supposed to be announced at the PlayStation Experience Event as planned.

Bethesda usually takes several years to produce an "Elder Scrolls" game, so a March 2016 debut makes sense. Additionally, the game currently does not have much competition as of yet in March 2016. No big games have been announced for that time period.

Rumors say that Argonia could be the location for the next "Elder Scrolls" game. "Elder Scrolls 6" will move from the snowy mountaintops of Skyrim to the swampy marshland of Argonia. Other rumors say that the location of the new game could be the dangerous lands of Akavir.

"Elder Scrolls" has been successful because of its approach to atmosphere and immersion. The games have allowed players to really explore and dive into rich and lively worlds.

Previous Bethesda games have come with bugs and unfinished features. This creates the need for patches to be released. "Elder Scrolls" fans hopes Bethesda puts out a polished game this time. Lots of eyes will be focused on "Elder Scrolls 6," and it could give the developer a popularity boost if it ends up impressing gamers.

Problems also plagued the online versions of Elder Scrolls over the past few years. Bethesda is looking to significantly improve the online experience for gamers in the latest game. Some gamers are hoping the game adds to its depth.
