Last week's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Episode 4, "Love Breaks Me," began with Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian discussing Bruce Jenner's poor fashion sense -- as if the man doesn't have more important things to worry about, like his upcoming interview with Diane Sawyer about gender reassignment procedures.

"Bruce has no sense of reality," Kim said. "He was wearing jeans that were to here," she gestured to her mid-calves, "and he didn't mean them to be cropped or bell-bottom, but he's just so geeky, he pulls them up to here. And I swear to god he had Spanx on."

The Kardashian girls agreed that Jenner's style needs work. Once he starts living full-time as a woman, perhaps they can take him shopping.

Also in the episode, Kim had a portion of placenta left over from North West's birth surgically removed from her uterus. Doctors determined that once they removed the rogue placenta from her uterus, there is a good chance the next baby's placenta "will go into the hole" and her uterus will need to be removed immediately after she gives birth.

Currently, Kim's uterus is intact.

Later, at Kris Jenner's house, she, Kim and Kourtney spoke to an "interventionist" about Rob Kardashian's alleged depression. Khloé Kardashian was not present.

Kris told the therapist that Rob gained over 100 pounds. "He doesn't wanna participate, he doesn't go out of the house," Kris said. "He missed Christmas. He missed Kim's wedding."

The interventionist suggested that he "bring someone to the house, to help get him stabilized, bring medicine in and make sure he's comfortable. We can pool some resources within 24 hours."

The episode ended without viewers knowing if or when that would happen.

As previously reported, Rob was livid that his mother aired his life issues on KUWTK. Rumor has it that he has signed a tell-all book deal to dish on how fame changed him and his family.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" drama isn't slowing down. Season 10 continues this Sunday with Episode 5, "On The Road," in which Khloé is faced with whether or not to continue seeing ex-boyfriend French Montana.

In September 2014, Khloé reportedly ended her romance with the "Don't Panic" rapper after discovering he had been sending inappropriate text messages to her best friend, Malika Haqq.

The official synopsis of "On the Road" reads, "When Khloé closes the book on her relationship with French Montana, Malika gets caught in the crossfire."

Meanwhile, Kris drags daughter Kylie Jenner on a mother-daughter trip to San Diego and Kim speaks at a tech conference to prove that her entrepreneurial skills go far beyond the world of beauty and fashion.

Watch "On the Road" on E! this Sunday at 9 p.m.ET.
