Actor Chris Pratt recently took to Facebook to jokingly apologize for any offensive things he might say during the press tour for his upcoming film "Jurassic World."

Us Weekly reports that actors Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner were forced to apologize after they jokingly made a "slut" comment about their co-star Scarlett Johansson's character in their film, "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

Us Weekly suggests that Pratt's Facebook apology was his comedic way of clearing the air for his press tour so that he does not make the same faux pas as Evans and Renner.

In his Facebook message, Pratt apologizes in advance for anything he says that might offend people during his press run.

"I hope you understand it was never my intention to offend anyone and I am truly sorry. I swear. I'm the nicest guy in the world. And I fully regret what I (accidentally will have) said in (the upcoming foreign and domestic) interview(s)," he joked.

I want to make a heartfelt apology for whatever it is I end up accidentally saying during the forthcoming #JurassicWorld...

And though Pratt was joking in his Facebook message, he was quite serious about wanting to leave Hollywood during his interview with Entertainment Weekly.

Pratt admitted that he is eager to leave Hollywood so that he and his wife, Anna Faris, can raise their 2-year-old son Jake in a less hectic environment.

"I don't wanna raise Jack here," Pratt revealed, adding, "Anna and I are both from Washington State. We both had pretty simple lives and upbringings. I want Jack to just be able to be like, 'See ya buddy. Go outside. Come back later.' And also, I like the country and clean air and things just slowed down."

Pratt added that he enjoys the idea of giving his son as much "normalcy" as possible since he and Faris are famous. However, he plans to stay in Los Angeles a bit longer since his wife is currently filming her show.
