Chris Brown wants to set the record straight with his baby’s mother, Nia Guzman. Apparently, Guzman has been asking reportedly unfair custody and child support from the “Ayo” rapper.

According to TMZ, Breezy has had enough of Guzman’s ridiculous demands. To put his foot down on the subject matter, he has now asked a judge to enforce the law by filing documents to establish baby Royalty’s paternity. It was reported that Guzman keeps demanding $15,000 from him every month, while he only sends her $2,500 a month – an amount that he thinks is the fair price.

To set things straight, Brown wants the judge to determine the correct figure for monthly child support. The rapper is pretty confident that the judge’s ruling will be much closer to the figure that he has reportedly been paying her than the figure that Guzman is constantly demanding from him.

Apart from the monetary support, Brown also wants the judge to, once and for all, establish clear custody guidelines. He has claimed that Guzman has not been allowing him to see Royalty, his 1-year-old daughter whom he has never hesitated to show his love for.

“A lot has changed in my life – a lot of mistakes, a lot of lessons learned,” Brown said when he attended at the 2015 BET Awards, according to Us Weekly. “The best thing I am most thankful for is my daughter. At the end of the day, love is love.”

Brown shocked the world, especially his fans, when he admitted that he had fathered a baby with someone he would only refer to as a friend while he was dating famous model and socialite Karrueche Tran. Tran and Brown constantly made the headlines earlier this year with reports that they were fighting and swearing against each other on social media. At the end of everything, though, they were still together.

Upon finding out that his short time with Guzman bore a fruit, a source told TMZ that he was actually “happy about being a father.” Sadly, though, Tran did not share this same sentiment. Having a child with someone else while they were dating seemed to have been the last straw for Tran. She dumped Breezy on social media for everyone to see.

“One can only take so much,” Tran wrote on Twitter, informing her 569,000 fans and followers. “The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me.”
