Jordan Brand will release one of the highly anticipated retro shoes this weekend -- a returning colorway of the popular Air Jordan 7 Retro model.

Nike has yet to officially announce the release date of the shoe, but multiple reports have confirmed that the Air Jordan 7 Retro will be released on Saturday in Black/Bordeaux-Light Graphite-Midnight Fog colorway as part of the remastered lineup of Jordan Brand this summer.

This colorway of the Air Jordan 7 Retro, which is dubbed as the "Bordeaux" edition, features a black and gray based upper part combined with vibrant accents throughout the shoe. It also has a v-shaped area on the heel with a Jumpman logo and is finished off with a black midsole and multi-colored outsole.

The Air Jordan 7 Retro "Bordeaux" was last released in 2011. But before it was retroed, it was already considered as one of the most popular colorways of this model because of its unique color selection. According to Sneaker News, this shoe was remastered to honor the impact made by this shoe when it first hit the sneaker market.

"The Air Jordan 7 "Bordeaux" stands out as one of the most unusual color selections among OG Jordans," Sneaker News noted. "In fact, one could argue that the Air Jordan 7 helped propel the Jumpman into the craziness that was the 90s in terms of color palettes."

Sneaker News added that the zigzagging patterns on the tongue and outsole of this shoe made it popular before. Nike and Jordan Brand made sure to pay tribute to the unique colorway of this Air Jordan 7 Retro as it is celebrating the 23rd anniversary of this model.

"The Bordeaux 7s have retroed a number of times in the recent past, but with the silhouette currently occupying a significant 23 year anniversary, the brand thought it an apt time to bring the aesthetic back once again," Sneaker News added.

The Air Jordan 7 Retro "Bordeaux" will arrive at retailers on Saturday, July 18, starting 8 a.m. ET on Nike.com and select retailers worldwide for $190 per pair. According to Complex, citing data from the Launch Locator from Foot Locker, this edition will be available across the United States aside from Vermont.

Nike New York City also confirmed they will release the shoe via an online raffle system. More photos of this highly anticipated shoe are available on this link. Watch the video below for a detailed look on the Air Jordan 7 "Bordeaux" 2015 edition.
