Tom Cruise could soon be headed for the altar for a fourth time.

According to the Daily Mail, a source told Star magazine the 53-year-old "Mission Impossible" star is "so in love" with 22-year-old British assistant Emily Thomas he may be ready to propose. The website adds the father of three and his "right hand person" have been dating since 2014, soon after he hired her to work with him as he prepared to film "Mission Impossible- Rogue Nation."

A source claims Cruise was so impressed with Thomas, he immediately made it known he wanted to work with her on all his projects. Since then, the two have been nearly inseparable. Last November, Us Weekly reported Cruise had come to have a "crush" on the woman some insist bears a striking resemblance to ex-wife Katie Holmes.

"He's always flirting with her," said a source. "Most people on the film have noticed how into her he is."

During that time, it was also reported that Thomas catered to Cruise's every whim and he seemed both calmed and hyped to have her by his side.

Some are speculating Cruise is planning to "pop the question" while in Morocco for a film project or that he may have already actually done so. A source added the two may actually walk down the aisle in London sometime in December.

Cruise has a history of proposing soon after he meets a woman he falls in love with. He and Mimi Rogers were married in 1987, but divorced after just three years. He and Nicole Kidman were married soon after meeting on the set of "Days Of Thunder."

Holmes was pregnant with now 9-year-old daughter Suri before the two tied the knot, but bitterly divorced in 2012. Cruise has another daughter, Isabella, 22, and a son, Connor, 20, from his marriage to Kidman.

"Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation" opens in theatres on July 31.
