The Moto X (2015) has not been in the spotlight lately. This is in large part due to the recurrences of leaked images and information on Motorola's other product, the Moto G (2015).

However, It's the Moto X's turn to spark gossips this time.

A new image of the device has a surfaced online prior to its official release and with it come new speculations on the product's features.

A photo of a Moto X with its screen facing down was posted on the Google+ account of HelloMotoHK with the smartphone's alleged specifications as its caption.

The third generation Moto X is said to run on Google's latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS. It will have a 5.5-inch Full High-Definition Display. Would-be purchasers will have the option to own the Single SIM or the Dual SIM version of the smart phone. It will also have a MicroSD Card slot.

Although the device has the usual 5-megapixel front cam, it's the main cam that will have fans rushing to have the Moto X. The device allegedly boasts a whopping 21-megapixel main camera.

The Moto X will be perfect for intense smartphone users looking for a more durable device. Based on the leaked image, it will be using a 3600+ mAh battery, well suited for gaming and long usage periods.

As for the Moto G, little is left to be speculated upon on its features since much has already been leaked online.

What is yet to be revealed is the Moto G's release date.

If a new live shot is to be believed, fans could expect to get their hands on the Moto G soon.

According to GSM Arena, the image of the Motorola stock update, which originated from the U.K., stated that the product is to be released on Wednesday, July 29.

Apparently, Motorola will release two variants of it. The cheaper variant will come with an IPX7 waterproof rating, 16-gigabyte storage, 4G connectivity, and DTV capabilities. The device will be able to house two SIM cards and will also employ a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front camera, Pocket Now described.

Motorola is scheduled to debut their products within the coming days and they have been adding the sign "XGX" to their promotional materials.

Rumor has it that the Tech company might also be unveiling its "Moto X Sport" together with its third generation Moto G and Moto X.
