The best NFL players will always get drafted early, but it's critical that you have a deep roster. Staying on top of your waiver wire and finding gems in your initial draft can and probably will make the difference in the long run.

Here are five Fantasy Football sleepers to consider this season.

1. Travis Kelce

After being drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the third round in 2013, Travis Kelce only played one game in his rookie year. Last season Kelce made his presence known with 67 catches and 862 receiving yards. Given the fact that he's only played one season, and Fantasy Football owners will be selecting other notable tight ends like Rob Gronkowski and Jimmy Graham first, Kelce could be a steal in the later rounds. Kelce should get plenty of touches once again as quarterback Alex Smith thrives off throwing to his tight end. Remember, the Chiefs didn't have a single touchdown last season from a wide receiver.

2. Michael Floyd

Larry Fitzgerald is one of the greatest wide receivers in NFL history, but Michael Floyd is taking over in Arizona. Floyd has led the Cardinals in receiving yards the last two seasons. Even though veteran quarterback Carson Palmer only played six games last season, Floyd still put up 841 yards and six touchdowns. Another good sign for Fantasy owners, Floyd hasn't missed a single game in his young career thus far.

3. Brandon LaFell

As talented as Brandon LaFell is, he still doesn't get enough credit. The New England Patriots signed LaFell last offseason, and it paid off big time. If you believe in trends then you better draft this man. LaFell has increased his touchdown production every single season of his career. Last season he posted career highs in receiving yards, catches and touchdowns caught. With Tom Brady suspended four games, some owners may be hesitant to draft LaFell early. Having won the Super Bowl last season, LaFell now has a full grasp on the Patriots system.

4. Denard Robinson

This is a big risk, but it could pay off. Denard Robinson helped numerous Fantasy Football owners late in the season last year off the waiver wire. Although he played quarterback in college at Michigan, Robinson has transitioned to running back in the NFL. Surprisingly, he had 582 rushing yards last season on just 135 carries. Trent Richardson had 519 rushing yards on 159 carries last season. Robinson also puts up a lot of yards in garbage time when the Jacksonville Jaguars are all but defeated.

5. Cole Beasley

While everyone is going to be rushing to draft Dez Bryant (rightfully so) and even veteran tight end Jason Witten, you can get a steal with Cole Beasley. Beasley draws a lot of comparisons to Wes Welker because he thrives in the slot area and gets critical first downs. He ended the season on a high note last year creating an extra target for Tony Romo. Beasley also didn't miss a single game last season. It's tough for defenses to focus so much on Beasley when Bryant is constantly being double teamed.
