At the D23 Expo 2015 on Saturday, fans were treated to a surprise performance from R&B singer Ne-Yo, performing "Friend Like Me" from the movie "Aladdin."

Ne-Yo's performance follows the Walt Disney Company's Aug. 14 announcement of a new compilation album titled "We Love Disney," which includes A-list recording artists from Gwen Stefani to Jessie J covering classic Disney tunes.

The recording artists chose their favorite Disney songs to perform on the album.

Fans will enjoy hearing "Zero to Hero" from "Hercules" performed by Ariana Grande, "Part of Your World" sung by Jessie J, and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" by Jason Derulo.

Walt Disney Records reported last month that the project was a collaboration with Verve Records. The album was produced by Verve Music Group chairman and multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning producer David Foster, who has worked with artists like Whitney Houston, Madonna and Christina Aguilera.
