Baltimore Ravens' center Jeremy Zuttah is unloading his Florida home.

Zuttah, the 29-year-old football player and Rutgers University alumnus, offers his Tampa house he stayed in while he was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for $680,000, Realtor.com noted.

The dwelling place located in a gated community was described by its listing on Realtor.com as a lovely home, which can give the next residents a sweet life watching "birds and dolphins play" or fishing in the community's secure pier. The abode also provides a "great opportunity to enjoy all Tampa has to offer."

The 3,092-square-foot residence, built in 2001 and renovated in 2007, per public records cited by the listing, features three full bathrooms and four bedrooms, including a room that can be converted into a guest apartment with its own bathroom. Other living areas include a family room, a sun deck, a porch, an attached three-car garage and a den that may serve as a residential office. The next owners will find cooking convenient in its modern kitchen that comes with chic but practical granite-lined counter tops, a breakfast bar, a closet pantry and high-end stainless steel appliances. Appliances that come with the sale are a disposal, an exhaust fan, a microwave hood, a range, a refrigerator and a washer.

The future residents will also enjoy a relaxing sleep in the master bedroom that offers a scenic view of the verdant yard and the calming swimming pool water. The said master bedroom also displays some lavish amenities like his and her closets and a master bath that features elegant wooden cabinets, a double sink and granite counter tops.

Outdoors, aside from being highlighted by the swimming pool, the grounds also boast a patio, a fenced yard and ample outdoor lights.

Going with the change

The six-foot-four and 300-pound NFL athlete, who was drafted in 2008 in the third round by the Tampa team, spent six seasons playing for the Buccaneers, per NFL.com. Baltimore acquired Zuttah from Tampa in exchange for a 2015 fifth-round pick, The Baltimore Sun announced in March 2014.

Zuttah welcomed the change as a new start, noted the outlet.

"This can be an outstanding change for me. It will be a great new start. I just want to win a championship. The Baltimore Ravens, just saying the name, it holds weight...they have a very positive image and a great reputation," the NFL center said.
