"Empire" is back on Fox and bigger and better than ever. After Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) was released from jail on Wednesday night's episode, there is no telling what this entertainment mogul will do next.

Lyon's court hearing was dubbed Empire's "OMG Moment" in Season 2, Episode 2.

"Empire has an OMG moment in every episode," Ta'Rhonda Jones, a star on the show, said in a YouTube video.

The video replays the scenes from the court hearing where Lucious' new corrupt lawyer Thirsty Rawlings (Andre Royo from "The Wire") storms into the court room late, then presents the judge with "new evidence" he found from the case. But when the judge opens the file, he finds pictures of himself tied up and gagged BDSM style.

"Thirsty gives him a reason to let him free. And we've seen the pictures. The judge is freaky," Jones said regarding the images.

The judge just looked at the photos and released Lucious on bail: "I think I've seen enough. The court rules that Mr. Lyon poses no flight risk and rule to release him on bail."

In the promo for next week's episode, it looks like the prosecutor is teaming up with Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) to get back at Lucious. Throughout the entire series though, Lucious has taken out anyone who went after him. Will Cookie and Ford even succeed?

"Lesson in life, don't mess with Lucious or Thirsty because they will get you," Jones said.

Now that Lucious is out of jail, he could start running the Empire although he left it to his son Jamal (Jussie Smollett). Will he betray Jamal and take the company back once he gets on his feet?

Meanwhile, Cookie and their other son Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) have just started their own music company named the Lyon Dynasty and are prepared to take Lucious out. Will their new company become bigger than Empire? Or will they get defeated by Lucious yet again?

Tune into Fox next Wednesday at 9 p.m. to find out.
