Jordan Brand will get a lot of attention again this weekend as they are set to release a new colorway of the Air Jordan 14 Retro Low model.

The Air Jordan 14 Retro Low will arrive at retailers in what is officially named as the "Varsity Royal" edition but is popularly known as the "Laney" edition.

This edition, which is officially listed as the Varsity Royal/Varsity Maize-Black-White colorway of this model, features a black-based upper part with varsity royal overlays with the uniquely-styled Jumpman branding on it.

The Air Jordan 14 Retro "Varsity Royal" also has a black and white sole with Maize hints, which can also be found on the tongue and the Jumpman logo on the toe area. There are also white Jumpman logos on the black insole and Maize Jumpman logo and "XIV" inscription on the outsole.

This edition first hit the market in 1999 and was one of the models that were remastered as part of Jordan Brand's 30th anniversary celebration. According to Nike, this shoe, like the other Air Jordan 14 colorways, were inspired by Michael Jordan's Ferrari 550M before.

"The Air Jordan 14 Retro Low returns for the first time since its original debut back in 1999," Nike wrote on the official product page. "With remastered construction and OG materials, the inspiration draws from the sleek lines and aerodynamic designs of one of the world's fastest automobiles."

The Air Jordan 14 Retro "Varsity Royal" will arrive at retailers on Saturday starting 10 a.m. ET. It will be available for $170 per pair on Nike.com and selected retailers worldwide. More information and photos of this highly anticipated colorway are available on the official product page.

Meanwhile, Jordan Brand fans should also gear up for more interesting models in the remaining months of 2015. According to Sneakernews, Jordan Brand will release a special edition of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG, which will be dubbed as the "Cyber Monday" edition.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Cyber Monday" edition, which features an all-black upper part combined with white sole, will be available on Nov. 30 with retail price set at $160 per pair. It will arrive at retailers just days after Jordan Brand releases the Air Jordan 8 Retro "Aqua" on Black Friday.
