The Lord finally surrenders.

After several attempts of getting to and fro rehabilitation facilities, Scott Disick booked himself again to a rehab center in order to address his drug and alcohol issues that plagued him and his family for years.

Scott, who shares three children with "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian, has been struggling with sobriety and drug addiction for years and according to People, he checked in a luxury rehabilitation facility in Malibu over the weekend.

His admission to the correction facility was reported to happen after Lamar Odom, ex-husband of Kourtney's sister, Khloe Kardashian, had fallen ill and was induced to a coma after binging on cocaine. Just like Scott, Odom is a drug addict and his addiction was cited as the main reason that pushed Khloe to file a divorce from the ex-NBA star.

Aside from being spotted getting cozy with ex Chloe Bartoli during the weekend of July 4, Scott's drunkenness was said to be one of the reasons forced that Kourtney to end her nine-year relationship with Scott.

As the twosome split, Scott was spotted a lot of times partying hard in several clubs and was even linked to several women -- the most recent of which was with 18-year-old model Lindsay Vrckovnik.

A source told E! News that Scott is trying to get over his addiction because he wants to be the best father that he can be to his children, Mason, Penelope and Reign. The source also said that Scott was really motivated this time and he takes "his decision very seriously."

Meanwhile, a source told People that "he wants to make it stick this time because he has come close to losing everything."

In a promo for the up-and-coming season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," Scott was seen to have hit rock bottom after he broke down in front of the Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner and his ex Kourtney.

"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys, to having nobody," Scott said as he sobbed, to which Kourtney replied, "You forget what happens when you're on a binge."

"I f--ked up. I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life," Scott then admitted.

This was not the first time Scott had attempted to seek help. E Online also reported that he first sought help in March as he entered a facility in Costa Rica and stayed for only a month. Last November, Scott booked himself to a Connecticut facility though he failed to complete the sessions. His last prior to this current admission was back in July after he and Kourtney just broke up. It was reported that he only stayed in the facility for just an hour.
