Every episode of "Dancing with the Stars" can be scary for the contestants because of the possibility of being booted out. For the next performances of the pack though, the stars are taking scary to the next level. The upcoming Halloween episode is set to be a whirlwind of crazy, spooky and dark performances by the remaining candidates and most of the pairs are definitely looking forward to the challenge.

In his personal blog at TV Guide, Derek Hough revealed his plans on the dance floor for himself and his cheery Australian partner Bindi Irwin. After a flawless performance last week, the couple is excited to show off a different side to themselves in their Halloween routine.

"This week, we have the Argentine tango," Hough wrote on his blog. "We're dancing to 'Cry Little Sister.' With Bindi, we've seen the sweet side of her obviously. This is gonna be the fierce, sexy, strong side of her. I'm excited for everyone to see that. She totally gets into character and I think it's gonna be good."

He also expressed his excitement at the new team dances adding, "Our team dance is going to be Ghostbusters! We've got Carlos, Alexa and Alek. We're still figuring things out. I love the other team's song and part of me wishes we got their song, but ours is gonna be a lotta fun. Everyone loves Ghostbusters, right? Who ya gonna call?"

With Irwin at the helm of the Team #WhoYouGonnaCall, the Ghostbusters-inspired performance is sure to impress the judges. On the opposing Team #Nightmare is fellow front-runner and team leader Nick Carter who will be backed by Sharna Burgess, Tamar Braxton and Val Chmerkovskiy, Andy Grammer and Allison Holker as well as Hayes Grier and Emma Slater.

A previous report from Latin Post revealed the rest of the cast's song and dance assignments for the upcoming episode.

The dance floor will be going on a road trip for the upcoming winter with the "Dancing With the Stars: Live!'s Dance All Night Tour." According to a report from E! Online, the much-awaited tour is set to visit 43 cities from December 2015 to February 2016.
