World Boxing Organization welterweight champion Timothy Bradley will go against former titleholder Brandon Rios this Saturday.

Where to Watch, Live Stream

Bradley and Rios will meet in the ring at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, on Nov. 7, 9:30 p.m. ET, Bleacher Report stated. Viewers at home may watch the fight via pay-per-view subscription on HBO. It may also be viewed via live stream on BoxNation.

Fight Preview

Bradley defeated Jessie Vargas in June, making him the WBO interim welterweight champion, Boxing News 24 noted. However, Floyd Mayweather Jr. failed to pay the required sanctioning fee imposed by the WBO after defeating Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao, per Reuters. Thus, Bradley gained the regular champion title from his previous interim champion status.

Rios came out of a third-round knockout win against Mike Alvarado in Colorado on Jan. 24, per ESPN. He sees this match with Bradley as his ticket to be back on top of his boxing career.

Predictions

Robert Garcia, "Bam Bam's" trainer, told ESPN Deportes that he believes his boxer could knock out Bradley by pure talent and not because Bradley "was finished," Boxing Scene noted.

"It does not bother me that people criticize Brandon Rios, because some people will always criticize...Now if he beats Bradley, I hope they give him credit for it and they don't tell us that [Rios won] because [Bradley] was finished. I'm hoping for a spectacular knockout victory," the trainer said.

On the other hand, Bradley, who is the more favored boxer to win, per the outlet's report, is out to prove he is not "damaged goods," per a separate Boxing Scene article. Bradley thinks his last fight with Vargas, where he was hurt in the last round, may lead the other camp to believe he can not take some big shots. In a recent interview, the WBO champ claims that the Texas-born fighter's only chance is a "lucky punch," the site informed.

World-class trainer Freddie Roach placed his bet on Bradley, basing on his "really good" performance against Vargas, Fight Hype reported.

What's next for Rios and Bradley?

Top Rank CEO Bob Arum informed the significance of this match for both Bradley and Rios, per a Boxing Scene article.

"The future is open for both of them. If Bradley wins he can go on and maybe fight Manny Pacquiao or maybe fight Canelo if Canelo beats Cotto. If Rios wins Canelo is a good option and if those fights don't materialize there are a lot of guys they can fight," Arum said.

Therefore, each one of them will be hungry to score his much-anticipated victory on Saturday.
