Singer and actress Thalía on Friday proudly shared the process behind making her 13th studio album with her fans on social media.

The Latin superstar shared several photos of herself on Instagram, showing her in the studio recording music for the follow-up album to her 2014 release, "Amore Mío."

"Recording in the studio with all I have! This album has got me in love," the singer captioned the first photo that featured the star singing into a microphone.

The star also posted a second picture of a microphone, captioning it, "My romance with the microphone has no end. A new chapter is starting right now."

In August, in an exclusive interview with E! Online Brazil, the pop singer gave details about working on her new album. The singer revealed that she was writing new songs and also promised collaborations with some of her famous friends.

"I'll call some friends and music geniuses. So, they will likely have a cameo. I do not know yet who, what style. But I promise you we'll have a conversation about it when I know more details," she said.

However, fans can be sure that the album will be released next year, since the 44-year-old star plans to depart on a tour to accompany the album in 2016.

It remains to be seen if the tour will be in the United States or will take the star around the world, but she did promise she would be returning to Brazil, so a true world tour may just be in the works.

"I'm always very happy to go to Brazil. I love the people, the food, the music, everything...I really want to come back. Probably, I will return next year with my next album," she said.

The Mexican star also revealed that, aside from her album and designing clothes for her Macy's collections, she is also working on a book and working on her own charities.
