Novak Djokovic will look to advance to the fourth round of the 2014 U.S. Open tennis tournament when he goes up against Sam Querrey of USA on Saturday at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York.

Djokovic is coming off a dominating 6-1, 6-3, 6-0 win against Paul-Henri Mathieu on Thursday, but the Serb knows that Saturday's match will be a bit different because he will be facing a crowd favorite.

The top-seeded Djokovic admitted that the crowd support would be a factor for Querrey in their upcoming match, but he is confident that his experience will help him to neutralize the "homecourt" advantage.

"Sam is playing in front of his crowd. I'm sure that he's going to have some good support," said Djokovic on Thursday via the tournament's official website. "But on the other hand, if we get to play on center court maybe night session, that's where my experience kicks in, I think. I have had a lot of matches, night sessions if we get to play, as I said, and I'll try to neutralize his serve that is his big weapon. If he serves well he's very dangerous."

Andy Murray of Great Britain will also see action on Saturday against Andrey Kuznetsov of Russia at the Louis Armstrong Stadium. Murray, the eighth-seeded player in this year's tournament, could face Djokovic in the quarterfinals.

On the women's side, Serena Williams will look to move one step closer to winning her third-straight U.S. Open title when she takes on compatriot Varvara Lepchenko.

Williams, who has not dropped a set in the tournament, is coming off a clinical 6-1, 6-0 win against Vania King, while Lepchenko won against Mona Barthel 6-4, 6-0 in the second round.

Eugenie Bouchard of Canada, one of the strongest threats to Williams' title bid, will also take court against Barbor Zahlavova Strycova of Czech Republic in the first match of the night session at the Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The Djokovic-Querrey match will be the second match of the first session at the Arthur Ashe Stadium, which will be followed by the Williams-Lepchenko match.
