On the latest episode of "Nashville," Scarlett found herself in an unfortunate situation, and Juliette made an ill-advised decision.

In "Your Good Girl's Gonna Go Bad," Avery (Jonathan Jackson) carries an unconscious Scarlett (Clare Bowen) off the stage and take her to a private clinic.

While she's hurried off to the clinic, Rayna (Connie Britton) is blamed by Deacon (Chip Esten) for pushing Scarlett too much.

When Scarlett comes to, she panics when she sees that she's tied down to a hospital bed. She somehow unties herself and tries to leave.

Rayna, Deacon and Deacon's eccentric sister Beverly chase after her. Rayna finally catches up to her and tells her that she's not crazy -- she mixed alcohol with too many uppers.

Scarlett begins to realize that she's reached a low point. The doctors then analyze her and clear her as sane and determine that she's not an addict.

Afterwards, Scarlett tells Rayna that she doesn't want to be a Highway 65 artist any longer. Rayna acquiesces and frees her from her contract.

Also, at one point during the ordeal, Avery tells Scarlett that she was his first love and that she'll always have a "permanent piece" of his heart. But little does Avery know that Juliette overhears everything.

A hurt Juliette ends up drinking too much at an industry party and has a tryst with Jeff Fordham (Oliver Hudson).

Meanwhile, Layla (Aubrey Peeples) wants to have a reality show focused on her and Will's (Chris Carmack) relationship. Unsurprisingly, the closeted Will is not happy about the idea, especially after Jeff hints that he knows Will is gay. But Will hides his feelings and agrees to let cameras follow their every move.

On the next episode, "All Or Nothing With Me," "Rayna hosts a charity concert at a military base after she learns Luke was injured in Afghanistan. Meanwhile, Deacon and Maddie grow closer; Teddy thinks he's losing his family; and Jeff upsets Juliette by threatening to tell Avery the truth."
