OK, we’re jumping the gun a little on this one, but it’s almost been 10 years since “Rebelde” first aired. The show started in October 2004 and really helped shape the careers of some of the biggest telenovela stars. A quick Twitter search will tell you that the show still has fans, so in honor of its almost 10-year anniversary, we’re looking at what the stars have been up to since “Rebelde”:

Anahí: She was Mia Colucci on the show, the daughter of the owner of a fashion company, which is why she hated bad taste. She is popular, happy and extroverted. In real life, Anahí has kept mostly to singing. She did “Dos Hogares” in 2011, but has released several albums, including “Mi Delirio.” She has done humanitarian work, teaming up with the Secretary of Health in Mexico for a campaign called “If I can, You Can, Too.” It is meant to help children with eating disorders.

Dulce María: She played Roberta Alexandra María Pardo Rey, who was the daughter of a famous singer. She hates the rules and conventionalism, and having grown up in her mother’s shadow has made her doubt her musical talent. In her own life, Dulce María went on to star in 2009’s “Verano de Amor” before breaking out as a soloist. Her second album was released in 2013. And in 2009, she began the Dulce Amanecer Foundation to help communities of indigenous women and children.

Alfonso Herrera: He was Miguel Arango Cervera, who came from Monterrey to study at the school on scholarship. But he’s not there to climb the social ranks. Instead, he was there to avenge the death of his father. He went on to star in “Mujeres Asesinas” and “Camaleones.” He also became an ambassador for Yoko Ono’s The Non-Violence Project.

Christopher Uckermann: Diego Bustamante was the son of a politician, and music is only his hobby. He knew that politics was where he was headed. Uckermann has not acted much, but has continued to make music. One of his passions is skateboarding.

Maite Perroni: She played Guadalupe “Lupita” Fernández, a shy, but sweet girl. She always tries to do the right thing. Perroni has continued to have success with her acting career. She has been on “Triunfo del Amor” and now on “La Gata.” She’s also had a good singing career.

Cristian Chavez: He played João "Giovanni" Méndez López, who is handsome and egotistical, but he’s also funny. He makes friends easily. Chavez was in “Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe” and been on “Top Chef Estrellas.” He’s also put out two albums.

Angelique Boyer: Boyer played Victoria “Vico” Paz. At the beginning of the series, she is dating Diego, and she loves to tease guys. In real life, Boyer has continued to work on telenovelas, such as “Corazon Salvaje” and “Teresa.” She’s currently on “Lo Que La Vida Me Robo” as Montserrat. The show is so popular that it got an extended run.

Diego Boneta: Boneta was Rocco Bezaury, who was slightly geeky but very obnoxious. He filmed other students on his handheld camera. He has managed to break out into Hollywood with roles in “Rock of Ages,” “Pretty Little Liars” and “90210.” He will be in two movies this year: “Another You” and “The Dead Man.”
