Uruguay and Italy are two of the most passionate soccer countries in the world. But on Tuesday afternoon, it's safe to say that Uruguayan forward Luis Saurez let that get the best of him. In the 79th minute of play with the score tied 0-0 Suarez took a bite out of Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini's shoulder.

After the incident, Suarez was given a red card and he soon grabbed his teeth in pain. What makes this incident even worse? Suarez has had incidents with biting other players before. This is Suarez's third biting incident and he has had multiple other problems on the field before. Many feel as if he will be suspended going forward for at least one game. It seems appropriate for some type of discipline to take place.

Suarez also bit Otman Bakkal in 2010 and Brandislav Ivanovic in 2013.

Losing Suarez would be a huge blow to this squad, as he was the hero against England scoring both goals in a 2-1 victory. It will be interesting to see what FIFA decides to do in this most recent incident of Suarez's bad behavior on the field.

Following the altercation between Suarez and Chiellini, Uruguay went on to win the game 1-0 after Diego Godin scored just two minutes later. With the loss, Italy is now eliminated and Uruguay is moving forward to the round of 16.
