Kim Kardashian, Balenciaga's brand ambassador, has spoken out against the company's recent holiday ad campaigns, which depicted children carrying teddy bear bags in what seemed to be bondage gear.

As of that time, the ad was taken down from every brand channel, per Hollywood Reporter.

The reality star said she has been quiet for the past few days because she wanted to speak to their team to understand how this could have happened, adding that she was "disgusted and outraged" by the recent Balenciaga ad campaign.

Kim Kardashian, a mother of four, said that she was "shaken" by the horrific images. She also said that children's safety must be prioritized above all else and that efforts to legalize child abuse have no place in our culture.

Balenciaga then apologized and pulled the holiday ad campaigns. The company assured Kardashian that they realized the gravity of the issue and would take measures to prevent it from happening again.

Regarding her future employment with Balenciaga, Kim Kardashian said that she is re-evaluating her relationship with Balenciaga according to how they accept responsibility for something that should not happen and that she expects to see the brand protect the children.

The company apologized for the hurt it caused with its holiday ad campaigns and promised to stop using children in future promotions for its plush bears.

The company has made it clear that they condemn child abuse.

Balenciaga Files $25 Million Lawsuit Against Holiday Ad Campaigns Producers

Balenciaga has sued the creators of the controversial holiday ad campaigns that featured "unsettling documents," allegedly showing an excerpt from a court decision involving child pornography, for $25 million.

According to The OZ, French fashion label Balenciaga sued North Six, Inc., designer Nicholas Des Jardins, and his company on November 25 for "malevolent" use of court documents in an advertisement touting Balenciaga's cooperation with Adidas.

As stated in the summons filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Balenciaga seeks compensation for the considerable harm that was done by the defendants during the course of working with Balenciaga on an advertising campaign.

According to the posh clothing company, the court records were published without their consent.

According to the court documents, due to the misbehavior of the defendants, the public, especially the media, has wrongly and horrifyingly linked Balenciaga with the disgusting and very distressing issue of the court ruling.

According to the court ruling, the defendants are responsible to Balenciaga for all damage arising from this false association.

Regarding the "unapproved" documents used in its Adidas advertisement, Balenciaga stated in an Instagram post on November 23 that it will "take legal action against the parties responsible for creating the set."
