It's been a little over a week since "The View" announced the remaining women hired as co-hosts for the show's panel.

Since the announcement, the new women of "The View" have already appeared together for the daytime show's promotional photo shoot, Us Weekly reports.

In addition to releasing the promo shots, "The View" also released a behind-the-scenes promo video to showcase the smiling faces of the somewhat new cast of leading ladies that includes newcomers Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace along with veterans Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg.

"As this behind-the-scenes video shows, the women appear to be getting along well at first blush, though time will tell just how 'Do The Right Thing' actress Perez, 50, and conservative political commentator Wallace, 42, do when faced with the Hot Topics on The View's Sept. 15 premiere," Us Weekly notes.

Now that Rosie O'Donnell is returning to the show, "The View" producers predict that O'Donnell will add some controversy and "reinvigorate" the slowly dwindling show, Variety reports.

Due to O'Donnell's opinionated and aggressive personality, it will be interesting to see how the new hosts adapt to O'Donnell's often spirited demeanor.

Prior to her departure on the show, O'Donnell "got caught in a spectacular fight on live TV with conservative co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck that started over the Iraq War, but quickly turned personal -- and went viral," Variety reports.

Despite her tumultuous history on the show, O'Donnell insists that her presence on "The View" will be different this time around.

"I think it's going to be must-see TV," O'Donnell told Variety. "My goal is to come in peace. And the contrast between what the show will be and what it was is going to be glaring."

"The View" co-host, Rosie Perez is also excited for the show's upcoming season.

"I am beyond thrilled, honored and completely surprised that I've been asked to join The View," Perez recently told Us Weekly. "Knowing that I'll be in the company of Whoopi, Rosie and Nicolle, three very smart and engaging women that I have an immense amount of respect for, makes it even more unbelievable."
