Ahead of next week's release, J. Cole unveiled the official release date and tracklist for his upcoming third studio album titled "2014 Forest Hills Drive" over the holiday weekend.

The North Carolina-raised lyricist made the special announcement via Twitter following a simple message, "HOME":

According to the song list, Cole is going back to basics, naming his latest project after his childhood home address and holding down 13 tracks all by himself with no vocal features. Also, the new record's artwork sees him sitting on the roof of the house he grew up in.

The "Born Sinner" rapper's new record will feature a track called "Wet Dreamz" that he actually spoke about four years ago - at the time of readying his major label (Roc Nation) debut "Cole World: The Sideline Story."

"It's a classic J. Cole song, 'cause it's really on some reminiscent vibe; a mixture between 'Dreams' and 'School Daze' almost. It's in that vibe," he told Vibe. "It's a real cool song, without tryin' to give too much away about it. Everybody will be able to relate. Especially males. They'll laugh. I produced it."

Meanwhile, Cole invited lucky fans to his repurchased (in June for $121,000) childhood home in Fayetteville, offering private, early listening sessions:

J. Cole recently explained what it meant for him to buy the three-bedroom, two-bath property. "That's what buying this house represented for me," he told Complex. "It was validation, it was vindication for them foreclosing this place [on] my mom, and it was also a symbol for me like I know what's important. You can't run from home."

"2014 Forest Hills Drive" is set for a release on Dec. 9 with no lead single. Check out the full tracklist below:
