A woman has filed a lawsuit against the comedian Bill Cosby alleging that he sexually assaulted her when she was 15.

Judy Huth claims in her filing that the actor molested her at the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles in 1974 while she was underage.

Huth's lawsuit alleges that she and a 16-year-old friend met Cosby while on a film set. They were invited to his tennis club, where they were given alcohol and taken to the Playboy mansion. In order to get into the party, the two teenage girls were told to lie about their age, and say they were 19 if asked.

While at the party, Huth said that she was forced into performing a sexual act against her will. In the lawsuit, she said the incident caused her "psychological damage and mental anguish" and she is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

Cosby, 77, has been accused of several allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted more than a dozen women in past decades. Despite these outcries of misconduct, none of the women filed suit against the actor. There was a woman in 2005 that accused Cosby of drugging and assaulting her, but the case was settled out of court.

Cosby's lawyer had described these other allegations as "discredited" and "defamatory," but made no immediate comment on the lawsuit or its accusation. This is the first of the numerous women accusing the performer of assaulting her while she was underage.

The public accusations of these women have hurt Cosby in his professional life as well. Just a day before Huth's lawsuit was filed, he resigned from the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Temple University, in Philadelphia. Other comedy specials and series in development with Cosby from networks like NBC and Netflix have also been dropped.
