Alejandra Espinoza happily chatted about her son in a behind-the-scenes video for "El Gordo y La Flaca."

The 27-year-old "La Banda" host explained that when she saw her son at her sonogram appointment, she could immediately tell that he had his father's nose.

"He's spectacularly beautiful," she said of seeing her son through a 4D ultrasound. "I went through a range of emotions when I saw him because it's not the same seeing him through a normal sonogram in black and white.

Though the first thing she noticed was her son's nose, she could also see the resemblance to herself as Espinoza said her son has a big mouth like her.

After seeing her yet-to-born son, Espinoza decided she has a new nickname for him. Previously, she mostly called him by his name, Mateo. She also called him "my little one," "my life" or "my love," but now, she is going to call him "my trompudito," an endearing nickname based on his big mouth.

On Jan. 5, Espinoza took to her Facebook account to tell her followers that they could expect a lot more baby updates from her.

"I tell you that I am in the best stage of my life, and I like to share in my social media accounts what makes me happy," she said. "In this moment it's my pregnancy... when my son is born it will probably be things about him. There are people here who apparently want me to post about tragedies or bad things. That won't be the case, and if that's what you are looking for, you can visit other pages. Believe me there are a lot out there."

Espinoza then clarified that it wasn't the majority of people who were posting negative comments on to her accounts, but that their bad vibes were getting her down.
