The recently engaged "Yeezus" rapper Kanye West is certainly blinded by love. So blinded to the point that he dares to compare his fiancé Kim Kardashian to the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama.

The FLOTUS, known for her bold and unapologetic fashion style, has been on the cover of Vogue magazine twice already, including her latest cover of the April 2013 edition.

During the "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" radio interview on Tuesday morning, Kanye West brought up how he thinks that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality star should be on the cover of Vogue magazine.

"There's no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue. She's like the most intriguing woman right now. She's got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday," said the rapper.

West continued by stating that his fiancé is more influential than Michelle Obama, when it comes to fashion.

"And collectively, we're the most influential with clothing. No one is looking at what [President Barack Obama] is wearing," said Kanye West. "Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a pic like what my girl instagrammed the other day."

The rapper was referring to Kim Kardashian's selfie, which she posted on Instagram a couple of weeks ago. The picture shows West's fiancé posing in a very revealing white bathing suit.

West also added that the reality TV star shouldn't be overlooked by mainstream fashion magazines and that the former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld was right, when she chose Kardashian as the cover model on her own publication, CR Fashion Book.

"Carine Roifeld supports my girl. That's a breakthrough. There's a wall of classism that we are breaking through," said West.
