This is beyond gaming: Xbox One has recently unveiled a new app called Xbox Fitness - an interactive fitness app that will certainly motivate and allow to effectively work out with celebrity personal trainers.

One can simply turn on the game console and begin by inputting age, height and weight. Then, choose a workout, each ranging between 10 and 60 minutes in length, from one of the renowned fitness trainers.

The new app features celebrity fitness coaches including Tracey Anderson, who has earned her fame for training Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, and Shaun T, the creator of the fitness program Insanity, a series of extreme 60-day total-body conditioning home workout.

Other featured trainers are Jillian Michaels, whose straightforward style has trained dozens of overweight contestants back into shape on NBC's reality television show "The Biggest Loser," and Tony Horton, who is the master behind some of the bestselling fitness programs in the U.S., including P90X, an extreme fitness regime that combines exercise, yoga and martial arts.

The new system uses Kinect technology, which allows it to monitor body movements, map muscles and measure heart rate without a monitor. The program can read the whole body and mimic the shape of it on the TV screen, as well. The app also personalized comments that will provides instant feedback on the performance and tips on how to improve the workout.

Xbox Fitness app can be downloaded free, and only Xbox Live Gold membership subscribers will be able to access unlimited classes.
