Bruce Jenner was allegedly spotted wearing a dress outside his Malibu home Tuesday, New York Daily News reports.

The reality star and father of six has an exclusive interview with Diane Sawyer Friday evening where it is believed that he will reveal his transitioning into a woman. Jenner was photographed wearing a striped floor-length dress while he was smoking on his patio just three days before the interview.

"My whole life has been getting me ready for this," Jenner told Sawyer in the promo for the interview.

Other reports say he was also wearing a sports bra while riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, sparking rumors that he has had breast augmentation surgery.

Jenner has grown out his hair and has worn nail polish and lipstick in public following his divorce from reality star Kris Jenner. Since then there has been speculation about him transitioning into a woman but the Olympic champion has never addressed the rumors.

Meanwhile, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the photos circulating of Bruce Jenner wearing a dress on his Malibu mansion patio, Yahoo! Celebrity reports.

Photographers may have used unlawful measures to take the photos that were sold to the New York Daily News and aired on CNN. Don Lemon used the photo to open a panel discussion on what Jenner's decision means for the transgender community.

The 65-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star called the cops after finding out that photographers snapped pictures of him in his private space. He could likely sue the photographers or get a restraining order.

Reports say that CNN also did not have the right to air the photos.

Good Morning America aired a new promo of Diane Sawyer's "Bruce Jenner: The Interview." There are very few details on what the interview is really about. The topic of Bruce Jenner transitioning into a woman is just speculation at this point.
