Tyler Perry, the actor who is critically acclaimed for his performance in the movie "Gone Girl," offers his expansive estate on the market.

The director famed for the "House of Payne" TV series lists his huge Atlanta property for $25 million, Variety.com announced.

The comic actor turned industry mogul boasts a 17-acre Georgia riverfront estate. The whole Atlanta property consists a total of seven bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms, including the living spaces in the hobby house, guard house and a suite intended for the staff, informed Los Angeles Times.

The nearly 35,000-square-foot home located in a high-end neighborhood promises an elegant and exquisite way of living like no other. The French Provincial-inspired home will give the next owners a residence worthy to be called a resort. The grounds display a tennis court and a large swimming pool with a waterfall feature. 

Strolling in the sprawling estate, visitors will find the beauty of the formal gardens and the fountains, noted the outlet. Basing on the photos on the blog, the magnificent residence of the filmmaker is surrounded indeed with several grown trees and verdant views. Although the actor is selling this huge estate, he may not be leaving Atlanta yet. There's an ongoing rumor that Perry is planning to develop another project in the same city, but this time it will be more massive. The movie producer is set on making a real estate project on an over 1,000-acre lot he owns in the capital of Georgia, AJC informed.
