Free-agent center Marc Gasol will likely stay with the Memphis Grizzlies as reports revealed the All-Star has no interest in talking to other suitors this summer.

According to ESPN, Gasol is aware of the plans of several teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs, but the 30-year-old appears settled in Memphis.

Sources indicated that Grizzlies representatives will visit Gasol in Spain on Wednesday to talk about a new deal. It is highly likely the two parties will reach a verbal agreement, which could be finalized when the league moratorium on signings ends on July 9.

Sources added that Gasol's representatives will accept calls from rival teams starting Wednesday, but interested teams will likely be informed that their client is only interested in talking to the Grizzlies.

Earlier this year, Gasol made it no secret that his priority is to sign a new deal with the Grizzlies, where he has spent his entire seven-year career.

With reports about Gasol's plan to snub rival teams, the Lakers and the Knicks, including the Milwaukee Bucks, have reportedly gave up on their planned pursuit of the All-Star center.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Gasol is not interested in signing with the Lakers because of how they treated his older brother -- Pau -- during the final years of the 34-year-old forward with the team. Pau Gasol was involved in numerous trade talks before he eventually left the team via free agency and signed with the Chicago Bulls last year.

The Knicks were also high on Gasol as team president Phil Jackson is convinced the Grizzlies superstar is a perfect fit to the triangle offense they are running -- similar to how Pau Gasol made an impact when he moved to the Lakers. However, reports also revealed that the Knicks have gave up hopes of signing Marc Gasol even before the offseason.

Among the interested teams, the Spurs were considered as the strongest threat to the Grizzlies in the race to sign Gasol because of the possibility of being mentored by future of Hall of Famer Tim Duncan and veteran head coach Gregg Popovich.

However, the Spurs are now reportedly focused on making a strong push to sign LaMarcus Aldridge, who is also one of the most coveted free agents this summer. Aldridge is expected to leave the Portland Trail Blazers, and the Spurs are considered as favorites to sign him over the Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks.
