On Saturday, Aug. 22, Kim Kardashian spent half her day babysitting her nephew Mason. Toward the end of her day with Mason, Kardashian went to go visit a young female recipient of the Make-A-Wish Foundation charity, E! News reports.

The female recipient's name is Anissa, and her wish to meet Kim Kardashian was granted by Make-A-Wish, which aids children with life-threatening illnesses.

Though it is unclear what life-threatening illness Anissa has, she appeared happy and jovial in the photo Kardashian posted to Instagram, which has already received over 1 million likes.

 Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!

Entertainment Tonight reports that prior to her hospital visit, Kardashian spent the afternoon buying gifts for Mason at Toys R Us. Kardashian was spotted in the toy store with a shopping cart full of presents. Later in the evening, Kardashian joined her sisters to support her husband Kanye West's performance at FYF Fest, says E! News. Kardashian posted a slew of Instagram photos from the festival, which featured a special musical performance by Rihanna who joined West onstage. In addition to spending the day with her family and Anissa, Kardashian also achieved a social media record this weekend.

According to Us Weekly, Kardashian now has the most Instagram followers, beating Beyoncé who previously held the record. Kardashian now has 44 million followers and Beyoncé has 43,935,648.

Us Weekly reports that following Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Nicki Minaj and Khloé Kardashian round out the list of top ten people with the most Instagram followers.
