Those following the new hit series "Scream Queens" on Fox will be delighted to see the opening scene for next week's Halloween episode, which was just released.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, that scene is a little bit reminiscent of pop singer Taylor Swift's Christmas video, in which the singer wandered around her house wrapping presents for various fans as a way of giving back.

But in this particular clip, Chanel (Emma Roberts) is seen doing a similar task, just with a Halloween flavor. She even describes Halloween as her favorite holiday because it syncs with her personality and her penchant for pulling cruel pranks.

The clip also features the show's unique blend of comedy and horror.

In classic Chanel fashion, she dotes over her own lifestyle with some ego that undoubtedly fits the them of the series. Chanel speaks in a self-glamorizing way, basically telling viewers to worship her without actually coming right out and saying it. This egomania contrasts the various plots of the season, in which brutal murder befalls the people closest to her.

"I'm a future network news anchor who's super classy and has almost no fat on her body, but a lot of my fans are, like, friendless dumpy co-eds at this or that nursing school in one of this country's various national armpits," Chanel says in the video. "And Chanel-O-Ween is the one time of year where I can give these precious donkeys something to look forward to."

"Scream Queens" co-creator Ryan Murphy has also said that this year's freshman run of the horror series will feature not one, not two, but three Halloween episodes, which will presumably air weekly throughout the month of October.
