International Boxing Federation welterweight titleholder Kell Brook believes he will crush Amir Khan in their proposed all-British showdown next year.

In July, "King Khan" confirmed on The National about the ongoing talks for a 2016 bout with the undefeated Brook, saying it could be possibly held at the Wembley Stadium. Khan shared that he is already speaking with Brook's promoter Eddie Hearn. However, he was firm that before their match pushes through, Brook should clash and triumph over "big names" in boxing first.

The unbeaten Brook, who has 24 knockout wins out of 35 victories, per BoxRec, seems to become more impatient waiting for the much-anticipated battle with Khan. For him, it's just all talk until Khan faces him. He believes his fellow countryman must do it soon, considering that he lost his shot at Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s September bout, Boxing Scene reported.

"He's not giving the fans that pay, what they want...It's the biggest fight out there in Britain — me and Queen Khan. I don't know why he is messing about. He's been bugging Mayweather for the fight for years, he hasn't got the fight, so what's the next fight that's bigger — me and Khan," Brook told Sky Sports during a television broadcast, as quoted by Boxing Scene.

"The Special One" is confident that he will win over the World Boxing Council Silver titlist by targeting his "brittle" chin.

"I've said it that his whiskers are delicate and when this brownie hits his chin, it's going to shatter and he's going to do that dance that he likes to do. His whiskers are delicate. He's brittle. He's Bambi on ice....all rolled into one," Brook said.

A fight away from Khan?

Meanwhile, life goes on for Brook as he reportedly sets to defend his IBF crown for the third time, and his most recent challenger is Diego Chaves in a fight scheduled on Oct. 24 in Sheffield.

In a separate Boxing Scene report, Brook explains why Chaves is a dangerous fighter for him to go against with.

"He's coming off a draw to Tim Bradley, was ahead on the cards against Brandon Rios until he was disqualified and gave Keith Thurman a solid fight so we know what level he has mixed at and how good he is," Brook said.

It is essential for Brook to make good on this bout against Chaves as this may be his ticket to his long-awaited shot against "King Khan," who may regard Chaves as a big name after fighting with known and relevant fighters.
