Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush reiterated his stance for a pathway to legalization -- not a pathway to citizenship -- during the campaign trail in Miami, and swiped Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump in the process.

While campaigning in Miami, which included a visit to the La Progresiva Presbyterian School, Bush said his immigration reform plan will help undocumented immigrants who came to the U.S. at a very young age. During his meeting with students, Bush distanced himself from Trump. According to Bush, Trump's immigration plan "is not practical."

As Latin Post reported, Trump proposed a wall between the U.S.-Mexico border, the end of birthright citizenship and sanctuary city policies and mass deportation of undocumented immigrants currently living in the U.S. Philip Wolgin, associate director for immigration policy for the Center for American Progress (CAP) Action Fund, wrote that a mass deportation plan would cost approximately $10,070 per person, which totals to $114 billion for the 11.3 million immigrants in the country.

Bush said his immigration reform plan will provide more border security and definitely reform the current immigration system. In early August, Bush revealed his "rigorous" immigration reform plan, which includes more surveillance at the border including sensors and drones, electronic verification of employment eligibility and identifying the status of immigrants already in the U.S. His plan calls for an intergovernmental task force "to locate and apprehend overstays," especially immigrants who pose as public safety risks.

Bush's comments on Trump comes as the former Florida governor's campaign launched a quiz for voters to find out the candidate they relate the most. According to the campaign, voters can determine if the relate to "a candidate with a liberal, pro-tax past or a candidate with a successful conservative record of cutting taxes and limiting the role the federal government."
