Has Justin Bieber become a believer? The singer candidly talks about his Christian faith in Brandon Burke's #iPledge campaign.

The rap video is part of Burke's effort to raise one million pledges for God, and the 20-year-old pop star is putting his name and advocacy towards the latest religious movement. Towards the end of the black-and-white footage with Burke delivering a rapping sermon, Bieber makes an appearance and discusses the main concept of divine forgiveness in the Christian beliefs.

"God loved the world so much he gave up his own son, right?" the Canadian singer says, sitting on a couch next to Brandon Burke. "Imagine, like, someone killing your son."

"Like a bunch of people killing your [son]. These are your people, right? It's like, 'how are you killing my son? That's my son,'" he continued. "It's gonna be hard for you to forgive."

Bieber just could not stop expressing his appreciation for God. "God forgave everyone and they killed his son," he added. "That shows how much grace God has."

According to a source, the "Baby" singer reportedly attempted to get baptized back in February while he was in New York. However, he was unable to find an appropriate location for the ritual with Hillsong Church. Bieber is apparently is a fan of Hillsong, a Pentecostal megachurch, as he tweeted about Pastor Carl Lentz in September: "Amazing sermon at church this morning. Love you man. I broke down today."

"Justin is serious about his Christian faith, and after recent events, he needed to take a pause," another source said.

The news comes after Justin Bieber's controversial antics that resulted in him being charged for driving under the influence, drag racing, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license in Miami. The "Bad Day" singer also remains under investigation for an egg-throwing incident, leaving his neighbor's house with thousands of dollars worth of damage. He could be charged with felony vandalism.
