Even before Blac Chyna, real name Angela Renee White, marries Rob Kardashian, his sisters are already making it clear that they don't want her to be using the glorious Kardashian name. It's the classic tale of "You can't sit with us!" as the sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney files legal protection to block Chyna from using their last name for any representation. However, is this move possible and more so, fair for Blac now that she is soon to be married with Rob?

The Inquisitr reported the Kardashian sisters' move against Blac Chyna and said that the three are puling all the stops to prevent the new family member to make money out of the Kardashian name. Blac has recently gave birth to Dream, Rob's baby girl and the first official Kardashian baby since Rob is the only son of Robert to Kris Jenner. And once Blac marries Rob, there is no stopping her from using the family name.

Meanwhile, as Blac Chyna is adjusting to her new life as a mom to Dream and preparing for her wedding with her fiancé, she has also begun the process of getting legal protection for her new last name. Blac wants to use Angela Renee Kardashian in her dealings with the entertainment industry and even on social media.

Pop Sugar reported that the sisters won't have any of this nonsense and specifically said that Blac could potentially cause injury and irreparable damages to their businesses and their careers. The KUWTK stars also claim that Blac's use of their last name could likely lead to confusion, mistake or could even deceive their customers.

According to papers that the Kardashian sisters have secured with the Trademark and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office, Blac is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and the popularity" of their last name.

As the news came out, a source said that it could be possible that the legal block may not be from the sisters directly but from their trademark attorneys. The source specifically said that the Kardashians have trademarks worldwide and their lawyers may have opposed Chyna as she filed protection for her soon-to-be Kardashian name.
