Gaby Natale, a triple Daytime EMMY winner, and TV personality will be delivering her first talk in TEDx at the Mountainview College.

A TEDx is an event or a local gathering where live TED talks are shared in the community. This event is fully planned and coordinated independently or on a community-by-community basis. Moreover, the content and design of the TEDx are unique and speakers in this event are renowned persons known for their exemplary performances.

This year, the Mountainview College will have Latina EMMY winner Gaby Natale as their speaker in celebration of the university's 50th anniversary. Her first TEDx talk will be titled "Pioneer: How to be what you can't see."

Natale said, "I chose this topic because I believe the world needs more pioneers. It's time to take a leap of faith, step into the unknown and dare to be first. And this is especially true for those of us who belong to underrepresented groups", explained Natale. "We need to dare to be first in our family, in our school, in our community. It doesn't matter how big or small that first step is. Every time we choose to be a pioneer, we move the world forward".

According to the AganarMedia, after Natale's first TEDx talk, she will have another first. HarperCollins will release the English version of her bestselling book "The Virtuous Circle" in June. She is the first Latina to join the HarperCollins leadership division, joining other well-known and established authors such as Rachel Hollis and John C. Maxwell.
