Eric Trump has slammed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for indicting his father, former President Donald Trump, and called for probes to be made into the activities of President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.

On Thursday night's episode of the Sean Hannity show, Eric questioned why Bragg has his "attention" on his father and not on the high rates of crime and homelessness in New York City, the Daily Mail reported.

"This is a city that is falling apart. I went into CVS you can't by tylenol it is locked behind counters there is so much theft and homelessness and crime but their attention is going after Donald Trump," Eric noted.

He added that "girls are shot in Time Square, and they are going after Donald Trump. Give me a break." It seemed that Trump's son was referring to the May 2021 shooting of three bystanders, including a four-year-old girl, in Times Square.

Eric suggested that those who pursue an indictment against his father have political motives.

"When my father is leading in the polls, and he will be the guy Biden will ultimately run against. Guess who they go after?" he noted.

Eric also cited a list of indiscretions committed by other former presidents and their family members, which the courts never pursued.

These included pictures of a nude Hunter Biden with a prostitute and a gun while on drugs and former President Bill Clinton's $850,000 payment to civil servant Paula Jones after she accused him of sexual assault and harassment.

Eric also mentioned Hillary Clinton's email controversy, revealing she sent messages from a personal account to conduct government business during her four years as former President Barack Obama's secretary of state, which may have violated the Federal Records Act.

"This is third-world tactics... Hunter Biden frat pictures his lament. Bill Clinton paying Paula Jones. Bill Clinton diddling interns in the White House in the Oval Office," Eric said.

He added: "Hillary Clinton deleting emails under subpoena, and no one says anything about those people."

Donald Trump Indictment

Donald Trump was indicted on Thursday afternoon over the hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels days before the 2016 presidential election.

Alvin Bragg has been investigating Trump for the $130,000 payment made to Daniels and a $150,000 payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal, the Independent reported.

Trump became the first former president in U.S. history to face criminal charges. Multiple reports said he is facing more than 30 charges related to business fraud, but no specific charges are yet known.

Trump is expected to appear in his arraignment in a New York court on Tuesday afternoon. Judge Juan Merchan, who last year ran the trial which convicted the Trump Organization, will reportedly handle the case.

On Thursday evening, Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina said the former president would surrender to New York authorities early next week.

Trump has previously said that he would surrender willingly to authorities. As part of the booking process, the former president will be fingerprinted and have his mugshot taken.

However, it is unlikely he will be placed in handcuffs as the charges are related to white-collar crime that is generally non-violent in nature.

In a statement, a spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney's office said they have been in touch with Trump's lawyers over the former president's surrender.

"This evening, we contacted Mr. Trump's attorney to coordinate his surrender to the Manhattan DA's Office for arraignment on a Supreme Court indictment, which remains under seal. Guidance will be provided when the arraignment date is selected," the statement read.

Donald Trump Took Aim at Hunter Biden; Stormy Daniels React to Ex-President Indictment

After hearing the news of his indictment, Donald Trump went on a Truth Social posting frenzy through Thursday night and into the early hours of Friday morning.

The former president lambasted the "corrupt" charges and claimed he would not get a fair trial in New York.

"They only brought this Fake, Corrupt, and Disgraceful Charge against me because I stand with the American People, and they know that I cannot get a fair trial in New York!" Trump said.

Before he reposted the posts of some of his GOP allies who came out to support him, Trump also hit out at Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.

"WHERE'S HUNTER?" the former president posted at around 3 a.m. ET.

The Justice Department is currently investigating Hunter over his finances, including some of his business dealings in China.

Hunter and his father were frequently accused by Trump and his associates of wrongdoing concerning his business dealings in China and Ukraine during the 2020 election campaign. Both allegations were denied, with Joe Biden telling a reporter at the time that it was a "smear campaign."

In a statement released earlier Thursday, Trump claimed his indictment was "Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history."

"I believe this Witch-Hunt will backfire massively on Joe Biden," said Trump. "The American people realize exactly what the Radical Left Democrats are doing here. Everyone can see it. So our Movement, and our Party - united and strong - will first defeat Alvin Bragg, and then we will defeat Joe Biden, and we are going to throw every last one of these Crooked Democrats out of office so we can MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Meanwhile, Stormy Daniels said she was celebrating the news with champagne. In a tweet, Daniels thanked those who sent her messages of support and said she could not respond as she did not want to spill her champagne.
