"Creed III" actor Jonathan Majors allegedly choked his girlfriend in a domestic violence case. Now, the actor claims that a new video showed he did not and said that a witness could also back his claims.

Priya Chaudhry, the lawyer for the actor playing Kang the Conqueror in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, filed legal documents that stated a cab driver alleged the actor was assaulted by professional dancer Grace Jabbari, who was Majors's girlfriend at that time.

According to the legal filing, Majors was on his way home when Jabbari attempted to steal his phone and assaulted him. The attorney also stated that the cab driver proves that Majors did not hit or choke Jabbari "in any way at any time, or even raised his voice."

According to the New York Post, Chaudhry stated that the driver reported the incident as a woman "hitting, scratching and attacking" Jonathan Majors. The actor reportedly called the vehicle to stop so he could get in and escape Jabbari.

"Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone," said his lawyer.

Majors then presented further evidence that he did not beat up his girlfriend, as he released security camera footage that showed Jabbari drinking and clubbing while using her right hand, which the dancer claimed Majors injured.

Majors's lawyer also stated that the dancer called Majors 32 times and sent several angry texts claiming infidelity and threatening suicide.

More Alleged Jonathan Majors Victims Come Forward, Cooperating With Manhattan DA's Office

However, as Jonathan Majors presents evidence to defend himself, sources familiar with the matter have told Variety that multiple of the actor's alleged victims have come forward after he was arrested last March. The report stated they are cooperating with the Manhattan district attorney's office.

Variety noted that this is a major turn for Majors, who recently lost several lucrative deals after he was arrested last month. However, despite these allegations, the actor maintains his innocence and insists he has not abused anyone.

Chaudhry's husband, Andrew Bourke, is the actor's crisis publicist, and he has doubled down on the narrative that Majors was the victim of the attack and that Jabbari was the attacker, not him.

More Fallout on Jonathan Majors Domestic Abuse Allegations

Before the allegations surfaced, Majors was supposed to have several big projects in the works. This includes starring in Protagonist Pictures's feature adaptation of the Walter Mosley novel, "The Man in My Basement." However, he has now been dropped from the film.

Majors's manager, Entertainment 360, and publicist, The Lede Company, have also cut ties with him, and his appearance for a Texas Rangers ad campaign has been dropped as well.

According to Deadline, Majors had been circling to star in an unannounced Fifth Season's Otis Redding biopic, but due to the scandal, he is not part of that project anymore.

However, he will still return as Kang the Conqueror for the second season of "Loki," but he was recently dropped by the U.S. Army in a recruitment ad campaign.
