An Uber Eats driver was robbed and murdered by a Florida man, a member of the "demonic" MS-13 gang, last week for no apparent reason, according to police.

Oscar Solis, 30, was released from an Indiana prison in January and relocated to Florida. He was accused of killing 59-year-old Randall Cooke by "yanking" him into his home on April 19, NY Post noted.

Before his gruesome murder, Cooke texted his wife to let her know he was almost home from his final delivery that night.

During a press conference, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco described the murder as "demonic" and said Cooke "was just a guy trying to make a living for his family."

After several unreturned texts, Cooke's wife eventually called the police to report him missing that evening.

After contacting Uber Eats, authorities received the man's last known location, a Holiday street address.

No one answered the door when deputies knocked the day after Cooke went missing, and there was nothing unusual about the house, according to Nocco.

Florida Man's 'Demonic' Murder Discovered

The detectives returned to the address the following day and found Solis' roommate, who provided them access to the security video, according to the Daily Beast.

Cooke could be seen walking up to the house before the feed suddenly cut. The following day, officers say they saw Solis outside by the house with garbage bags.

The luggage was investigated by detectives, who discovered the driver's remains.

At first, Solis was taken into custody for not having a felony registrar on file. According to the sheriff, he is a member of the MS-13 gang and has committed numerous violent acts, including stabbing another inmate while incarcerated in Indiana.

"He's a very violent individual," the sheriff said, adding that the Florida man's charges were upgraded to robbery and murder on Monday.

Solis had just relocated to Florida to be closer to his father. His father used to live in the house where the driver was killed, but he moved out for his son.

The Florida man and the Uber Eats driver did not know each other.

Murder Evidence Found Inside Florida Man's House

The police found blood in several locations in the home, the victim's key fob and wallet on Solis' dresser, and the victim's car was discovered abandoned nearby, AP reports.

Inside the vehicle were bloodstained towels and rags, a Door Dash bag like the one the victim was carrying, and an employee timecard bearing Solis' name.

The Uber Eats driver was seen delivering meals, and two Hispanic individuals were seen later with big trash bags outside on security footage obtained by the police.

The other man, who was identified as Solis's driver, has not been arrested.

Solis was a member of the dangerous MS-13 gang in Indiana, and his mugshot reveals that his face is covered in tattoos, according to Nocco.

Moreover, jail records say the suspect has no listed attorney.

The 6-foot-4, 315-pound Florida man worked as security at a strip club in Florida.

The incident occurs in the wake of recent random shootings in the U.S. where people walk up to strangers' houses.

One such incident included a couple in Davie, Florida, whose car was shot while delivering an Instacart delivery and accidentally went into the wrong driveway. Fortunately, the couple was unharmed.
