An Atlanta judge on Tuesday ordered Tyrese Gibson to pay back child support of almost $250,000 to his former wife, Samantha Lee Gibson.

According to TMZ, Judge Kevin Farmer in the Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta also ordered Gibson to pay nearly $400,000 to her lawyers during a hearing.

Daily Mail reported that the 44-year-old actor and singer posted a rambling selfie video on Instagram on Monday to slam the judge and revealed that he tried to remove the judge from his family court case but was unsuccessful.

He also urged his 16.6 million followers to conduct a "peaceful protest' in front of the courthouse over bias against fathers in the family court system. However, the protest apparently did not materialize.

Last August, Farmer also ordered Gibson to pay his ex-wife $10,690 a month in child support on behalf of their four-year-old daughter Soraya.

Tyrese Gibson Says Atlanta Judge Calls Her Ex-Wife 'B---H'

Tyrese Gibson sought the judge handling his divorce case with his former wife, Samantha Lee Gibson, be removed from the bench, calling him a "racist," who allegedly used an expletive while referring to his ex-spouse.

According to the "Fast & Furious" star, Judge Kevin Farmer called his ex-wife a "b----h" in front of his Black attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham and others in his private chambers, RadarOnline reported.

Claiming he would never cross that line, Gibson noted that he and Lee were no longer together and had their fair share of "issues" after their breakup, but he had never referred to her as "b----h."

"I have never referred to the mother of my child as a b----. To hear... this White man, on the bench, wearing a black robe, who is supposed to represent the law, to refer to my ex-wife and the mother of my child as a b----, why is he still on the stand?" the actor noted in the video.

Tyrese Gibson Calls on Black Dads to Join His Fight Against the 'Racist' Judge

Tyrese Gibson has resorted to social media to get support from Black fathers to join him in the fight against Judge Kevin Farmer, whom he said was a "racist."

He also invited the press to cover the story as he announced that he would attend the hearing in his divorce case at Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta on Tuesday morning, HipHopDX reported.

Gibson has called for all Black men, civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, and the Nation of Islam to join him outside the court "for a prayer on behalf of the family law courts system that someway, somehow tends to lean in the favor of the other side."

Tyrese noted that they tried to remove the judge and get him thrown off because of his conduct and unprofessionalism, adding that he did a bunch of stuff that directly affected the outcome of his case that was completely and utterly illegal.

Tyrese Gibson even positioned himself as an arbitrator of political justice and even mentioned George Floyd's name.

"It takes a George Floyd to change the law," he said, adding that "it takes a Tyrese to be outspoken about real s--t that's going on in the criminal justice system along with the family law courts system."
