Marjorie Taylor Greene Claims Americans Have Been 'Programmed' by Hollywood

Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene again slammed President Donald Trump, calling the MAGA movement a "big lie" and saying he is ignoring issues going on in the country to prosecute a "war on behalf of Israel."

Speaking with political commentator Kim Iversen on YouTube, Greene said she believes "people are realizing" MAGA "was all a lie." "It was a big lie for the people," she said.

Greene went on to claim that Trump has turned on his base and serves "big donors" who send money to his PACs and are financing the new White House ballroom.

"Those are the people that get the special favors, the government contracts, they get the pardons," she noted. "And it's the foreign countries that are running the show here. It's the major big corporations and what is best for the world. That's really what MAGA is."

Greene has repeatedly criticized Trump since falling out with him over the handling of the Epstein files. She has also slammed the way administration officials have dealt with the killing of Alex Pretti and defended the fact that he was carrying a firearm, saying MAGA would have reacted differently if Democrats made such an argument.

In a lengthy social media post, Greene said she "unapologetically" believes in "border security and deporting criminal illegal aliens" and supports law enforcement, but also the 2nd amendment.

"Legally carrying a firearm is not the same as brandishing a firearm. I support American's 1st and 4th amendment rights. There is nothing wrong with legally peacefully protesting and Greene added.

She went to ask what would have happened if "one of our MAGA independent journalists or even just a MAGA supporter stood in the street outside a J6'ers house while Biden's FBI carried out a law enforcement operation, home invasion, and arrest," and killed the person.

"What would have been our reaction? Both sides need to take off their political blinders. You are all being incited into civil war, yet none of it solves any of the real problems that we all face, and tragically people are dying," she concluded.

Greene also added the fallout in the interview, saying Trump is more focused about a potential war with Iran than the issue at home. "I'm sorry, we've got civil war practically breaking out in Minnesota, can we not care about that?" she claimed.
