iPhone 5S will be available on AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile by September 20. Most likely, the handset will be available with a contract.

According to Apple's website, the higher end iPhone will be available on all four carriers on that date. Furthermore, the tech giant will not be accepting pre-orders for the much awaited iPhone 5S.

This holds true not only for AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile but for Apple as well. It seems that the company is building the hype on the iPhone's latest higher end version.

Apple's "where to buy" page clearly states that pre-orders will only be available for the iPhone 5C. Those eager to get their hands on the colorful iPhone will be able to secure units through pre-orders made online starting September 13.

The iPhone 5s is available in silver, gold and space gray. Like its predecessor, users can choose among 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Price for the 16GB under a wireless service plan starts at $199. The iPhone 5s is priced at $299 for the 32GB model still with a wireless service plan and $399 for the 64GB model.

iPhone 5s will be available on T-Mobile unlocked and without a contract. Apple's website states that the handset is tagged at $649 for the 16GB model. The 32GB model of the iPhone 5s is priced at $749, unlocked and without a contract. The 64GB model is priced at $849. Like iPhone 5s units bundled with a wireless service plan, unlocked units of the handset will not be available until September 20.

The new iPhone 5S will include the iOS7, Apple EarPods with remote and mic, lightning to USB cable and a 5W USB Power Adapter. A one-year limited warranty for the phone is included in the package. 90 days of free telephone technical support for each handset is also given.
