Chris Algieri will be enjoying a four-inch height advantage against Manny Pacquiao, but the Filipino boxing icon is confident that he will run away with a victory in their Nov. 22 fight at the Venetian Resort in Macau, China.

Pacquiao, who will be defending his World Boxing Organization welterweight title, knows that Algieri will look to maximize his height advantage on fight night, but he insisted that he is ready for whatever his challenger will do.

Pacquiao said in an interview with the Undisputed Champion Network that his camp has already laid out a fight plan to neutralize his taller and bigger opponent.

The former pound-for-pound king also added that he is used to facing a taller fighter, citing previous opponents like Oscar De La Hoya and Oscar Margarito, both of whom he dominated in December 2008 and November 2010 respectively.

"Algieri's bigger and taller than me, and he's a champion and with an unbeaten record," Pacquiao said. "I know what I'm going to do in training and in the fight. It's not the first time I'm fighting a taller fighter."

But in an interview with Bad Left Hook, Algieri insisted that he is different from the taller and bigger fighters Pacquiao faced before because he also uses his jab and reach advantage effectively.

"I'm a different guy than the other tall guys that he's fought. It's an interesting style matchup," Algieri said. "I always use my reach and my jab. I was actually surprised at how much taller I am than Manny. I was told he was small, shorter than I am, but he's a lot shorter than I expected."

Algieri, who will parade an unblemished 20-0 record with eight knockouts, also added that the way he prepared -- both physically and mentally -- will help him stop Pacquiao on his tracks on fight night.

"My mental preparedness, my mental mind state going into the fight," Algieri said. "By the end of training camp I'm going to be even more confident than I am now and as you know I'm already a confident person. I bring to the table many things that Manny hasn't seen."
