If you run into Nicole Kidman on a bike, your future probably isn't going to look too bright.

According to TMZ, Academy Award-nominated actress Nicole Kidman is reportedly pressing charges against a paparazzo who knocked her to the ground after running into her on his bike yesterday. Kidman was entering the Carlyle Hotel after returning from the Calvin Klein show at New York's Fashion Week.

TMZ reports that freelance photographer Carl Wu was speeding towards Kidman on his bike, getting dangerously close. Wu had appeared to hit his brakes but nonetheless crashed into Kidman, who fell to the ground. According to a photographer on the scene, the Australian actress-producer was quite angry, as she called the police and said she was pressing charges.

A witness on the scene told TMZ that Kidman, 46, had no visible injuries although paramedics eventually showed up. Witnesses also overheard cops say they were writing Wu a ticket for riding his bike on the sidewalk, but not arresting him for a criminal offense.

This isn't the first time Wu has had scuffles with celebrities. The Boston Globe reported in 2010 that Wu allegedly got into a fight with one of Lady Gaga's bodyguards after trying to get a picture with the "ARTPOP" singer. Wu now has his own Tumblr page titled "F--k You Carl Wu," which was presumably created by one of Gaga's fans, who are called Little Monsters.

Kidman has been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress three times, winning in 2003 for her portrayal of Virginia Woolf in "The Hours." The actress, who is married to country singer and "American Idol" judge Keith Urban, has starred in "Batman Forever," "Moulin Rouge," "Cold Mountain," "Australia," "Rabbit Hole," "Hemingway and Gellhorn" and most recently "Stoker."

Kidman is set to make a cameo appearance in the "Anchorman" sequel "Anchorman: The Legend Continues," which hits theaters Dec. 20, 2013.
